As 2025 draws to a close, we’ve been reflecting on what has been another busy and rewarding year in the ever-changing world of sales and lettings.
The property market continued to demand agility, expertise and clear communication and management of expectations, and we’re proud to have supported many buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants through every step of their journey. From first-time movers to long-standing clients, it’s been a year shaped by trust and strong relationships.
The lettings market remained changeable in 2025, with ongoing legislative changes with the Renter’s Rights Bill and rising compliance requirements for landlords. Despite this, demand stayed strong and our team continued to deliver clear, compliant advice.
One of the highlights of 2025 was successfully completing our ARLA Propertymark audit, reinforcing our commitment to the highest professional standards in lettings. We were also delighted to become the only Trading Standards Approved agent in East Sussex, after rigorous checks and reviewing our documentation, giving our clients added confidence that they’re working with an agency recognised for transparency and best practice.
Giving back has always been important to us, and in 2025 we were proud to support several local charities and organisations doing vital work across Sussex.
We continued our partnership with Together Co, sponsoring their Autumn Gala as headline sponsors, which raised an incredible £22,000 to tackle loneliness and social isolation. In the lead-up to Christmas, we also supported hamper items, helped deliver 250 hampers across Brighton, and supplied 250 bespoke Christmas cards to help spread festive cheer to isolated local people.

We also supported Ronald McDonald House Charities by taking part in the 5K Your Way challenge, raising £475 to help families stay close to their children during hospital treatment.
Looking after wellbeing was another focus this year. We partnered with Relationships Sussex, offering 10 staff wellbeing counselling sessions, supporting mental health and resilience in the workplace.
Closer to home, we were delighted to support Friends of Storrington School (FOSS) by funding and decorating The Hub and contributing to the creation of a new sensory garden, providing a welcoming and inclusive space for pupils.
None of this would be possible without our dedicated team and the continued trust of our clients. As we look ahead to 2026, we remain committed to delivering honest advice, outstanding customer service and positive impact within our com
