Should you experience an emergency as a tenant during this time, we ask you call the usual number and you will go through to an emergency mobile, if there is no answer please leave a message with your name, the property and a detailed description of the issue and we will come back to you.
An emergency at this time constitutes an escape of water which will cause damage, boiler not producing heat or hot water, malfunctioning electrics or an issue deeming the property unsafe (eg broken glass / front door).
We will be working with skeleton maintenance contractors and their availability, so your patience will be appreciated with coordinating any visits, and please be aware keys won’t be able to be picked up.
