Don’t pre-judge a potential buyer
We all make immediate assumptions about other people but try not to do this to the people who are looking at your home.They may not even have their house on the market yet, but things can move quickly. Often, with the right guidance, it all falls into place.
Be honest
Are there issues with the structure of the property? Boundary disputes? Any likely restrictions or covenants? Please let us know. Honesty and early intervention on issues can save sales falling through – and if we don’t know, we have people we can ask!
