  • How much rent can you afford to pay? Check with us for your affordability for the referencing requirements. We can help with an idea of the bills too by asking existing tenants.

Tenant Services - How to find your new home to rent!

  • We update our website every day, but don’t forget to check out www.zoopla.co.uk and onthemarket.co.uk as new properties will be loaded here, too.
  • We are flexible on viewing times. What’s more, we can do before and after working hours where we can, and if this suits you better.
  • All tenancies will need to be a minimum of 6 months, with a notice period of 2 months.
  • It’s not a case of first come first served. We look to place the most suitable tenants
    into properties and act as fairly as we can.
  • Have a look at our Tenant Guidelines to learn more about the process and your responsibilities.
  • There is a 5-week deposit required that we would keep safe in our dedicated deposit account and register with the TDS scheme, which is approved by the government.
  • We use an external referencing company who do a credit check, employment reference and previous landlord reference. Any questions or concerns on this, please do let us know.
  • We’re happy to recommend removals, cleaners and handymen – for when you’re moving in and out (hopefully not too soon!).
  • And then? Look forward to packing everything up and we’ll be there moving in day!
